Steve Rassel is the Assistant Director of High Performance for the Toronto Blue Jays. For a decade prior to that, he served at Webber International University as the Associate Athletic Director and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, directing the training of all 22 athletic programs and 550 athletes. Before Webber, Rassel’s career began with the Boston Red Sox, followed by a stint with the Chicago Cubs. He was named a finalist for the 2017 and 2019 NSCA College Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year award. He is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a CSCS*D and RSCC, and through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association as an SCCC and Approved Mentor. Jeff currently serves on the Student Leadership University Team as the Executive Director of the LIFT Tour and Youth Pastor Summit. Jeff is nationally known as an urban ministry pioneer, communicator, innovator, and mentor. For 23 years, Jeff has served as Pastor of Youth Development at Peace Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia, where he oversaw all of the children, student, and young adult programming and then he transitioned to the role of Executive Pastor. Jeff is also the Founder of FrontLine Urban Resources, Inc., which is an organization that provides resources and trainings to help leaders engage an evolving generation of families as well as teaching them how to redefine and reshape their traditional views of urban ministry and urban culture.

Jeff received his undergraduate education from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and his Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Indiana Wesleyan Seminary in Marion, Indiana. Jeff is currently working on his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University.

Pastor Matt Maldonado is the Lead Pastor of GrowLife Church in Wesley Chapel, FL. Dr. Charlie Dawes (D.Min, George Fox Evangelical Seminary) is the Lead Pastor of Hill City DC. He was formerly Associate Vice President for Student Development at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, as well as Assistant Professor in Practical Ministries in the College of Christian Ministries and Religion. Dr. Dawes has served the local church for nearly 20 years in student ministry, young adults, and worship ministry. He is married to Nicole and they have three children.
