    Students must be between the ages of 14–24 by August 1, 2026. Be thoughtful with your answers and approach this with excellence.

    Application Deadline: May 13, 2026

    Early Bird Discount: Complete your application by Monday, September 1st, 2025 and receive $50 off the total cost.

  • 2. Interview

    After you submit your application, our team will reach out to schedule an interview. Please reply quickly so we can find a time that works best for you.

    The interview is a chance to talk through your application, your goals, and how we can support your growth.

    Note: Interviews are only required for Year 1 students. If you’ve already been part of the program, you won’t need to interview again.

  • 3. Final Review

    Once your interview is complete, we’ll review your application and follow up with next steps.

    Reminder: This step is only for Year 1 students. All returning students are automatically accepted back into the program.

  • 4. Acceptance & Next Steps

    If the Internship is a good fit, you’ll get an acceptance email with links to complete payment, set up your account, fill out forms, and take next steps.

We’re creating an atmosphere for our interns to set the example and raise the standard when it comes to integrity, pursuing excellence, attitude, and the commitment to learn and grow as leaders. You can expect to be challenged in the areas of:

-  High expectations, work ethic, & accountability as a young leader in our community.
-  Weekly physical fitness
-  Time commitment & regular attendance
- Required assignments (noted below)
