Experience

Experience is the key to effective leadership. And it’s the secret sauce of our program! Not only will you learn what it takes to be a leader; you will get opportunities to make an impact right away. Through keynote sessions, breakouts, workshops, hands-on projects, and more — you will acquire marketable skills that will set you apart for years to come.

The Main Event

The Main Event is a conference-like general session featuring keynote speakers from the marketplace and other notable leaders. We’ve hosted CEO’s and high-level executives from the Walt Disney Company, Toronto Blue Jays, JP Morgan, and other Fortune 500 companies. Lean in to learn from the best of the best, and discover how you can make an impact in your sphere of influence.

Hands-On Projects

Each year, students work as teams and individuals to complete summer-long projects at The Internship. These challenges are designed to craft valuable skills for application in today’s marketplace and create opportunities for collaboration, teamwork, and hands-on experience.
