Steve Wolfe is the founder and CEO of Pebbles to Boulders Consulting Group, LLC. Prior to starting his own consulting firm, his corporate career was keenly focused on creating partnership paths with others to drive success with, for, and through them. Most of his career was in the talent solutions and consulting arena, where he began on the desk as a recruiter after graduating from the University of Illinois Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
