Stephanie Carapazza has a diverse background spanning the sports industry. She’s a double graduate from the University of Florida, receiving a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a master's degree in Sports Management. Stephanie began her career in Public Relations with the Tampa Bay Rays before advancing to the position of Assistant Director of Baseball Operations with the New York Yankees. Stephanie later left the baseball industry and returned to the professional arena as an adjunct professor in Sports Ethics at Grand Canyon University, where she was able to share her knowledge and unique experiences from her past professional roles. 

In addition to her professional pursuits, Stephanie returned to her personal love of writing and recently published her first Christian novel, Empty Spaces. She is married to Vic, her husband of 23 years and a mother to four amazing daughters. The oldest two, Alivia and Isabella, have graduated from The Internship and the youngest two, Natalia and Victoria, are following in their steps.
