Leadership Courses
Everything rises and falls on leadership. But what does it mean to be a leader? We believe it’s more than talent, charisma, personality, or otherwise. Leaders aren’t just born; they are made. And whether you realize it or not, you have leadership potential. Our courses are designed with the next generation in mind, to equip you with everything you need to grow your leadership capacity.
Hands-On Experience
Experience is the key to effective leadership. And it’s the secret sauce of our program! Not only will you learn what it takes to be a leader; you will get opportunities to make an impact right away. Through keynote sessions, breakouts, workshops, hands-on projects, and more — you will acquire marketable skills that will set you apart for years to come.
Student Life
Leadership is not ultimately about what you do; it’s about who you are. We believe in developing the heart and soul of every student that says yes to the call of leadership. It’s not a solo journey; we’re in this together! Not only will you strengthen your character; you will build lifelong friendships and make countless memories. Oh, and just so we’re clear, it’s going to be FUN!

However, we encourage regular attendance and serving at your local church as vital steps in your spiritual journey.
